February is synonomous with hearts. Our Sewing Saturday project this month will be, appropriately, a heart baby quilt. The quilt is 36″ x 48″ (baby size) but can be made larger by adding blocks or increasing block size. The sample is made from flannels with appliqué shapes stitched leaving the raw edges exposed which fray softly once washed.
The quilt class will take place at the Dryden Go-Getters Senior Centre in Dryden Saturday, Feb 15th starting at 9 am and running until 4 pm. Lunch is potluck.
