Our second option for block of the month is a sampler of twelve different stars that are framed with alternating fabrics and cornerstones of half-square triangles. Additional sashing and dark cornerstones create a secondary pattern of shoe-fly blocks. Blocks are taken from the collection at quilterscache.com. The layout is inspired by Sentimental Journey BOM at Block Central.
At each general meeting, the new block will be introduced. The link of the block instructions will be posted to the website. Members will be able to access yardage and block details on a password protected page.
For those participating in the Apron Club BOM this is the October block.
